Where we install
A space in a shared garage
You only need to notify the community of owners: their authorisation is not required. We study the cable route and which meter it hangs from.
Business or fleet
Several spaces mean sharing the power between chargers so as not to exceed the contracted power.
Registration
Charging installations are registered with the Government of the Canary Islands. We hand it over with its paperwork, not just with the charger on the wall.
Questions
What people ask before writing
Do I need permission from the community to install a charger?
No. Notifying the community or the property administrator in writing beforehand is enough. The community cannot prevent it, although it can decide on the cable route.
Do I need to increase my contracted power?
Not always. Many chargers adjust their power to what the house is using, which avoids increasing the contract.
Single-phase or three-phase charger?
It depends on your supply: single-phase at home reaches about 7.4 kW, three-phase 11 or 22 kW. For a car that sleeps at home, 7.4 kW fills the battery overnight. Three-phase pays off if you charge several vehicles.
