Restaurants and shops
A cold room or an extractor hood that stops is lost turnover. We check the hot spots before they stop.
Holiday rentals
A check between seasons, with a report for the manager and the owner.
Thermal imaging and testing
We test earthing and look for hot spots in consumer units: that is what anticipates the fault.

What people ask before writing
What does a maintenance contract include?
It is defined by the installation: number of visits, what is checked and what report is delivered. No two are the same.
Is maintenance compulsory for a business?
Depending on power and activity, some installations must pass a periodic inspection by an approved body (OCA). We check and tell you if that is your case.
Do you work with property administrators?
Yes, and it works best that way: with a contract it is written down what is checked, how often and which report goes to the owners’ meeting.
