Questions
What people ask before writing
Can I contact you in English?
Yes, in writing. Message us on WhatsApp in English and we reply in writing; the visit and the price are agreed there.
How much does an electrician cost in Tenerife?
A fault at home is €79 for the first hour (Monday to Friday, 8:00–18:00) and €46.50 for each further hour, IGIC included. Out of hours, at night, for 24 h emergencies or on public holidays a single supplement of +€21.40 per hour is added, and travel depends on the area. You get the total before we set off.
What is the boletín (CIE) and when do I need it?
It is the Spanish electrical installation certificate. Electricity companies ask for it to connect a new supply, reconnect one that was cut off, increase the contracted power or after a renovation. It costs €365 with IGIC if the installation complies.
